Business Inquiry & Contact Data: Retained for up to 2 years from your last interaction with us (e.g., your last email, form submission, or call), after which it is erased unless you re-engage with us or a longer retention period is required by law.
Client Engagement Records: Where a formal engagement (MSA/SOW) is signed, records related to that engagement (including invoicing and accounting data) may be retained for longer periods as required under applicable Indian tax, accounting, or corporate law, independent of this website's marketing-inquiry data.
Security & Traffic Logs: Retained for a minimum of 1 year for security, investigation, and forensic purposes, as required under the DPDP Rules, 2025.

Where required, we will notify you at least 48 hours before erasing your personal data at the end of the applicable retention period, giving you the opportunity to engage with us further if you wish to retain the relationship.
