1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Indraveen Technologies ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website located at https://www.indraveentech.in (the "Site") and any content, resources, or free assessments provided through the Site.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site.

2. Nature of the Site and Services

Indraveen Technologies is a consulting and software development agency specializing in AI automation, custom software, Industrial IoT, and web architecture.

  • Informational Use: The content, case studies, and process blueprints provided on this Site are for informational purposes only.
  • Free Assessments: Requesting or participating in a "Free Assessment" or "Operational Discovery" does not constitute a binding consulting agreement, nor does it guarantee that we will take on your project.
  • Client Engagements: Formal client engagements, software development projects, and consulting services will be governed by a separate, mutually signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Our Content

The Site and its original content, features, functionality, process blueprints, text, graphics, and logos are owned by Indraveen Technologies and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal or internal business evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our Site without our express written permission.

4. User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any database connected to the Site.
  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our written consent.
  • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information through our contact or assessment forms.
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or destructive code.

5. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site — in whole or in part — if we reasonably believe you have violated Section 4 (User Conduct) or any other provision of these Terms.

  • This right applies to your access to the Site itself and does not, by itself, terminate any separate MSA or SOW you may have entered into with us; any such agreement is governed by its own termination terms.
  • We may also suspend or modify access to the Site (or any part of it) for maintenance, security, or operational reasons at our discretion.
  • Termination of your access does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination, including our intellectual property rights under Section 3.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 "As Is" Basis

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2 No Professional Advice

The information provided on this Site does not constitute legal, financial, or formal technical advice. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INDRAVEEN TECHNOLOGIES, ITS FOUNDER, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Nothing in this Section limits liability arising from a separately signed MSA or SOW, which is governed by its own liability and indemnification terms.

8. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our Site may contain links to third-party web sites or services (such as LinkedIn) that are not owned or controlled by Indraveen Technologies. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

9. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Indraveen Technologies regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements regarding Site usage (this does not apply to any separately signed MSA or SOW governing a client engagement).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate that changes have been made by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
